We were first-time founders with a lot of really high-quality clients that we wanted to perform well on. Even though it sounded pretty sexy on paper, was extremely challenging, but we learned a lot in terms of the types of clients we want to serve, the results that we can deliver, how to hire and who to hire, as well as the systems to build so that they don't break when you scale that fast.

We thought that we can just automate a lot of those processes...And then when you think about automations, when you're thinking about how to create those moments and saying, hey, Instead of actually taking me 30 hours to do this type of report, I can tap on a button and now making it done within 30 minutes or within 10 minutes. And you start doing that and saying, hey, why won't I also connect this process with that process and with this thing, and now I can do so much more things than what I used to do.

It's very easy when you are building with AI to basically create the massive inefficiencies...if I'm sending now 300 per competitor, and you have, let's say, four or five competitors. So I'm scanning 1,500 assets...It's a massive, massive bill at the end of the month...maybe once a week is good enough...if on the previous scan, you can actually save all of those things on your own database, and you scan that asset anymore, don't send it again for another scanning because it's redundant.
