I want to set you up for success. So today I'll give you context on who I am, how I built this audience, and the problems I help them solve.

This audience came together around a specific problem.

How this audience came together:

In 2017, I wheeled my carry-on from hotel-to-hotel around the US.

I survived on two suits.

I loved that lifestyle. I didn't need much.

I was a strategy consultant at Deloitte. I helped 35 of the biggest companies in the world solve their growth and operating problems:

Coca Cola, Salesforce, Facebook, Bank of America etc

(okay I can't share real client names with you, but picture companies like these and you're not far off)

Executives called whenever they struggled to grow or run their business.

How do you…

→ Design processes so things stop falling through the cracks?

→ Build ops teams to run the projects so it keeps running without you?

→ Build tech to supercharge each person so fewer folks run more workflows?

That was me.

8AM to midnight for 6 years… But I loved it.

Eventually I wanted to help real people. Not just corporations.

So I uploaded these frameworks on social media to help small business owners / execs... then hit post.

A few years later, 90,000+ business owners + execs followed along on social media.

14,000+ read these stories on our email list.

Readers started asking for help:

The content started as pure stories.

But then my audience reached out for support:

So I built resources to support them.

I advise founders on the things I did at Deloitte: People + Process + Tech.

And on the people side, I built a recruiting agency that helps founders build those same systems. We advise on the ops and plug teams into the business to make it happen (project managers, ops associates, EAs etc).

On the tech side, we've recently started training those teams on AI so they can output 10x more than they could before. I run my agency almost fully on AI and teach teams how they can build the same.

Since then I've placed 150+ people for businesses in this community and advised 15 companies from $5M to $50M on strategy and ops.
