Adam beat his $30M sales target (in under a year)... Not by chasing more buyers. But by finding people to send him buyers: @Adam Connors spent the first 6 months with people who might never become clients. Most founders would get nervous. Someone asked him: “What are you doing?” Adam had learned something most founders miss. Most founders start with the buyer. Adam started one step earlier. He spent time with people who already served the same clients. People who could make introductions. People who could send potential business. People who could help him reach many buyers at once. Less than a year later, Adam had beaten the target. Then he made the idea repeatable. He put people who served the same clients in small groups. Each person brought: - wins - problems - introductions they could make Adam’s lesson: Stop trying to make every buyer listen from scratch. Find the people buyers already listen to. This post is the short version. In the full episode, Adam explains: who to look for, what to ask, and how the introductions happen. Watch it here: [LINK]

Adam beat Harvard grads to opportunities his resume could not explain. No fancy school. No post-grad degree. People trusted him enough to open doors: Some came from Harvard, UPenn, and Oxford. Adam had none of those school names behind him. Still, he got chances they wanted. Years later, Adam looked back at the doors that opened. The pattern was simple. People who knew Adam were willing to put their name behind him. That is the part founders should pay attention to. A cold pitch asks for trust from zero. A warm intro walks in with someone else’s name behind it. That lesson led Adam to start NetworkWise. He had seen what happens when the right people open the right doors. This post is the short version. In the full episode, Adam explains how relationships turned into opportunities, introductions, and trust. Watch it here: [LINK]

Adam says 20 minutes a day can beat almost everyone. Not because 20 minutes is magic. Because 20 minutes compounds: 10 minutes following up. 10 minutes reaching out. Every day. That becomes 100 hours a year. Adam’s rule is simple: Spend 100 hours a year on any discipline and you get better than 95% of the world. For him, relationship building is a discipline. Not a networking event. Not a big calendar block. Not a thing you only do when you need something. A small daily practice. Then you go back to your craft. Recruiting. Project management. Client work. Building the business. That is why the habit works. It does not take over the day. It just happens every day. Consistency compounds. The short version is in the clip. The full episode is here: [LINK]
